I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow 3 - 7 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

We employ the services of major trusted international carriers to fulfill your package in a fast and secure manner. Most frequently shipped to with estimated dates of arrival for your reference: 

  • Average transit times to the United States: 7 - 40 Business days
  • Average transit times to International: 17 - 45 Business days

Note: Our China warehouse works Sunday to Saturday and orders are fulfilled same day. Average transit time, with processing, is about 3 to 7 business days. Whereas, our US warehouse works Monday to Thursday and orders are fulfilled 2-3 business days. Average transit time, with processing, is about 5 to 7 business days.

We highly recommend our Free Standard Shipping option as it offers the best value to our customers.

Delivery Guarantee
If you do not receive your order within 30 days of your order date, you will be refunded 25% back to your original payment method. If not delivered within 45 days, you will be refunded 50% AND you can keep the order when it arrives.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@frontloft.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@frontloft.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

 Shipping Policy & Terms

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If you refuse any shipments from www.frontloft.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with your postal service. Frontloft does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue a refund for packages that state being delivered.

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-40 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take a few days to process your order. This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
